Determine who we need
We study your operation, brand and market. Together we discuss, shape and define your campaign type, needs and goals. We develop the insights that determine the skills and experience required. Matching these to the current SalesSense team, we choose people from our senior management team, our group of team leaders, and our sales and service experts to form the core of your team. Then, we bolster this team by recruiting additional ‘best fit’ people.

For us ‘attitude’ is vital. Before qualifications, skills and experience we look for positivity, honesty and determination. Over the years we’ve built the networks and approaches to help us find and attract those diamonds. Our selection process follows a proven, well-honed path; with each new hire, as an absolute minimum, passing a CV review, telephone interview, 1st and 2nd round interviews, and two reference checks.
Invest in induction
Once recruitment is complete, your team undergo a rigorous induction program. As representatives of your company and brand, the team is fully immersed in your culture, ethos and personality. Induction programmes can be anything from 5 to 30 days, depending on the campaign. With the team in place, the campaign is ready to go live.
