About you?

Excellent administration skills in a sales environment
Previous experience of processing orders using an in house system
Excellent Customer service skills
Extremely organized and thorough in your workings
Good telephone manner
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Must be Computer literate; intermediate Microsoft Office as a minimum
Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
Self Motivated and flexible

 

Responsibilities of the role include:

Liaison with Telecoms sales agents on a daily basis
Dealing with queries
Processing orders onto an in house database
General Office Admin
Process of relative paperwork
Excellent Data Input skills
Energetic and willing to learn
