Hippo turned to SalesSense to deliver its global managed services, with a brief to build an end-to-end solution that would deliver a unique customer experience, from enquiry through to after-sales training and in-life care. Hippo Virtual Care (HVC) is a platform that bridges the gap between physical care and virtual care, enabling healthcare providers and educators to deliver all the benefits of an in-person experience through the safety of remote care. The hands-free, voice-activated, head-worn tablet allows clinicians to communicate and videoconference in real time with remote colleagues, pull up medical records, and automatically access files and imaging during patient examinations, procedures, consultations and rounding.


SalesSense designed a Managed Services solution to recognise the critical nature of the role played by Hippo Technologies, incorporating the following services:

Our team provides first line support for all Hippo software related issues using our text, email, chat, and phone channels, to both Hippo customers and Channel Partners. Our Subject Matter Experts coordinate customers together with Hippo teams to identify and develop new use cases. Content is recorded in a global CRM platform which the SalesSense Technology team helped to design and roll out.
