Ger Teahon is the founder of SalesSense and a CEO who partners with global brands to deliver sales and service experiences that build exceptional loyalty and revenues. After spending nearly two decades delivering sales across the energy, telecoms, SaaS and education sectors, Ger knows what truly drives conversions, sold-out product-lines and brand loyalty—It’s keeping great people at the heart of the business and always putting the customer first.Ger has used his extensive experience to build strong partnerships with a fantastic list of ‘Blue Chip’ companies ranging from Vodafone and Topaz to Bord Gais and the Independent News & Media group.Ger holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and recently completed Enterprise Ireland’s world class Leadership 4 Growth Programme through the IESE Business School.
Simon Brown is an award-winning Chief Operating Officer and a leading authority on contact centre operations in Ireland and the UK. Simon is responsible for the overall development of the SalesSense Customer Engagement Centre – with the world’s most advanced, cloud based customer engagement technology.Simon has over 20 years’ experience delivering quality and results against performance targets in the contact centre sector alone - while he was Head of eircom’s Telesales and Service Centre, it won the Irish, EMEA and World Contact Centre of the Year Awards.With all his awards aside, the highlight of Simon’s professional life is to hire, train and motivate our people. Simon’s greatest success is his uncanny ability to ignite and inspire amazing career development in others. He welcomes each person with open arms (often for their first job or when they are returning to work) and has developed many to become award winning senior managers in some of the world’s leading companies’.Simon gained his extensive worldwide experience in a number of major organisations from Hertz, eircom and Vodafone to international BPO’s such as Capita, CPM and Firstsource - before joining SalesSense to establish our engagement centre with his stamp of excellence.Simon also served as a member of the of the Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) Board.
Tim O’Donoghue, CFO is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with nearly three decades’ experience in practice, retail, telecommunications and sales & service. A graduate of Dublin City University with a BA in Accounting & Finance, Tim qualified in practice before being seconded to an emerging mobile phone retailer in Dublin. He quickly progressed his career and went on to become the Financial Controller for Vodafone Ireland Retail Limited. Tim advocates embracing change which led him to move out of Dublin into the West of Ireland to sit at the helm of all things finance and administration for SalesSense, at our Head Quarters in Galway – bringing a wealth of expertise from his strong retail background and a solid understanding of the telecommunications industry. Tim is hugely passionate about sport, in particular golf having played at senior cup level when he had the time to do so!
Vincent heads up international business development for SalesSense - bringing technology enabled, people powered, brand enhancing sales and service across the UK and Europe. Starting his career in eircom, he specialised in sales and regional management positions in Residential and SME before taking over as Regional Manager in Ireland for the Fortune 500 company, Avon Cosmetics (the largest direct sales company in the world), where he spent four successful years managing 24 area managers and 2,500 representatives. He then took a senior business development role in Airspeed Telecom before joining SalesSense in March 2011. Vincent’s passion is American Football and he is the proud Chairman of the Dublin Rebels who are the current all-Ireland champions!
